Smart Media is where you keep the media your brand uses: B-roll, product images, and evidence. Add your files once and label them, so your agents can find the right media when they create content.
How to Get There
From the left-hand menu, click Brand to expand it, then click Smart Media.

What’s on This Page
At the top you’ll find:
- Search media to find a file.
- Filters to narrow what’s shown.
- Add media (top-right) to add files.
If you haven’t added anything yet, the page says Your brand media starts here and explains the idea: add your media, label it once, and your agents can find the right file. Click Add your first media to start.

Step 1: Choose Your Files
Click Add media or Add your first media. A window opens called Media Manager, where you can choose from your workspace or upload something new. It has two tabs:
- Choose existing: pick files already in your workspace. Use the search box to find a file, and click Details under a file to see more about it.
- Upload files: add new files from your device.
Select the files you want. The button at the bottom shows how many you’ve picked. Click Use selected to continue, or Cancel to close.

Step 2: Label Your Media
Next, the Bulk label Smart Media window opens. It shows how many files you’re labeling and asks you to review the labels before saving them to the agent catalog. A line near the top tracks your progress, for example “0 saved · 0 ready · 4 need a label.”
You can label in three ways, and combine them.
Write one label for all the files
- In Shared manual label, describe what the files have in common.
- Click Apply to all unsaved labels.
Applying a shared label replaces the labels below it. You can then edit each file on its own.
Let AI write the labels
- Click Generate labels with AI vision.
- Keep the window open while it works.
AI looks at each file separately and uses credits. If you retry, descriptions that were already completed are kept. For videos, AI looks at six sampled frames and doesn’t use the audio.
To overwrite labels you already have, tick Replace existing labels with AI descriptions first.
Label each file yourself
Scroll down to see each file with its thumbnail, filename, and tags. Use the Category dropdown to set its category, such as B-roll.
When your labels are ready, click Save ready labels. The button shows how many are ready. Click Close if you want to stop without saving.

Step 3: Check Your Library
Once saved, your media appears as cards. Each card shows:
- The thumbnail
- The filename
- Tags for the file type (for example, Image) and its category (for example, Product Images)
- Your label
- A status line, such as Available to agents and whether the label is manual

Edit or Remove Media
- Click Edit label on a card to change its label.
- Click Remove to take a file out of your library.
- Tick Select on a card to pick it. Select page at the top picks every card on the page.

Why Labels Matter
Your agents rely on labels to understand what each file shows. A clear label makes it more likely the right media is used in your content. You only label a file once, and it stays in your library.
