A Digital Twin is how you show up in your content: your face, your voice, and your talking head. Each twin has multiple photos, one voice, and one talking head. Once it’s set up, MarketingBlocks uses it when it creates images, narration, and talking-head videos.

  • Photos are references for images and generated portraits.
  • Voiceover is the voice for narration and spoken content.
  • Avatar is the presenter in talking-head videos.

Your writing style and memory don’t live here. They belong to your brand, and you set them under Voice & Style. If you skipped the photo step during workspace setup, this is where you come back to add it.

How to Get There

From the left-hand menu, click Brand to expand it, then click Digital Twins.

What’s on the Digital Twins Page

This page is your twin library. At the top you’ll find:

  • Search twins to find a twin by name.
  • Filters to narrow the list.
  • A count of how many twins you have.
  • Grid and list icons to change how your twins are displayed.
  • Browse digital humans to look through ready-made digital humans.
  • Create digital twin (top-right) to start a new one.

If you don’t have a twin yet, the page says “No digital twins” and offers two types to choose from:

  • Personal brand: clone yourself or a creator. Bring their photos, voice, and talking head into your content.
  • Digital human: build a spokesperson for your brand, products, and campaigns, with their own look and voice.

Step 1: Create Your Twin

Click Create digital twin, or click Create your twin on the Personal brand card. A window opens titled Create a digital twin. It starts with an identity, and you add photos, voice, and a talking head as you go.

  1. Under Who are you creating?, choose Personal brand or Digital human.
  2. Profile portrait (optional): click Upload photo to add a recognizable face for your twin’s card.
  3. Name: enter the twin’s name.
  4. Role (optional): for example, founder and creator.
  5. About this twin (optional): what they create, teach, or stand for.
  6. Click Create digital twin.

Step 2: Check Your Setup Progress

After you create the twin, you land on its Overview tab. A progress line shows how many of the three parts are ready (for example, “1 of 3 ready”). Three items are listed:

  • Photos: shows how many reference photos you’ve added. Click Manage.
  • Avatar: “Set up a presenter for your videos.” Click Set up.
  • Voiceover: “Clone a voice or connect an existing one.” Click Set up.

Along the top are four tabs: Overview, Photos, Voiceover, and Avatar. You can move between them at any time. On the right, you’ll see the twin’s name, an Edit identity button, and a Default twin note. The default twin is selected automatically when you create content with a digital twin.

Step 3: Add Photos

Open the Photos tab. Add selfies, angles, and expressions to capture how your twin looks.

  • Identity photo: the main photo for your twin. After you save it, it shows “Photo saved.” Click Change photo to replace it.
  • Reference photos: other angles and expressions that make up this twin’s image library. Click Add reference photos, drag and drop, or click Browse files. You can add up to 50 photos, 10 MB each.

Choose your photos, then click Save photos to upload them. When you’re done, click Next.

Step 4: Set Up the Voiceover

Open the Voiceover tab. This gives your twin a voice for narration and spoken content. Click Set up voice and choose how to add it:

  • Choose a stock voice: listen to the voice library and pick a match.
  • Clone your voice: create a voice from a clear audio recording.
  • Import from ElevenLabs: connect a voice you already have.

Each twin has one voice, and you can change it anytime. If you’d rather do this later, click Skip for now.

Step 5: Set Up the Avatar

Open the Avatar tab. The avatar is the face of your twin in talking-head videos. Click Set up avatar and choose how to create the talking head:

  • Generate a portrait: use your twin’s photos to create a new on-camera look.
  • Upload a photo: use a portrait you already have.

Each twin has one talking head, and you can change it anytime. When you’re finished, click Done.

Step 6: Come Back Any Time

You don’t have to finish everything at once. Click Back to library to return to all your twins, then open a twin to continue where you stopped. The setup progress on the Overview tab shows what’s still missing.
