The Workspace & team page is where you rename the workspace, check usage, invite teammates, and see what has been happening in it.

How to Get There

From the left-hand menu, click Settings to expand it, then click Workspace & team.

What’s on the Page

The page is titled with your workspace name, with the line “Manage this brand’s space and the people who work in it.” It has three tabs:

  • General: your workspace name, usage, and the option to delete the workspace.
  • Team: the people in your workspace and invitations for new teammates.
  • Activity: a record of the tasks and actions in your workspace.

Step 1: Manage Your Workspace

Open the General tab. It has three sections.

Workspace name. The Brand name field shows the name of your workspace. To change it, edit the name and click Save name. The button stays grey until you make a change.

Agent usage. This shows the recorded usage across your workspace’s agent runs, which is the work Ethan and your automations do for you. It has these parts:

  • Recorded input tokens and Recorded output tokens: the totals for your workspace.
  • Usage by role and model: click the arrow to see the usage broken down.
  • Usage note: a line below shows the number of media operations and generation attempts. Media, search, and other tools may have separate charges, so these token counts are not a complete cost total.

Delete workspace. Click Delete workspace to permanently remove the space and its data for everyone. This cannot be undone.

Step 2: Invite Your Team

Open the Team tab. It has two sections.

Members. This lists everyone in the workspace, with a count beside the heading. Each person shows their name, email address, and role. You appear first, marked (you), with the Owner tag. Everyone in the workspace can see its shared content and conversations.

Roles control what each person can do:

  • Member: creates and publishes content.
  • Admin: does everything a member does, and also manages brand settings, connections, and members.
  • Owner: only the owner can delete the workspace or assign admins.

Invite a teammate. To add someone:

  1. Enter their email address in the Email address field.
  2. Choose a Role from the dropdown. It starts on Member.
  3. Click Create invitation link.
  4. Send the link to your teammate. They join by opening it.

An invitation link is made for one specific email address and expires after seven days. If it expires before they use it, create a new one.

Step 3: Set Your Workspace Notifications

Open the Notifications tab. The page is titled Workspace notifications, with the line “These shared preferences affect everyone in” followed by your workspace name. Owners and workspace admins can change them.

These settings are shared. A change here applies to everyone in the workspace, so it is different from the notification preferences in your personal Account settings.

The Notification preferences heading shows which workspace the settings are for and the email address that receives emails.

The Workspace updates table has two columns, In-app and Email. Tick a box to send that type of update in that place. You can choose for each of these:

  • Needs your input: writing and media to review, and recordings to finish.
  • Completed work: completed work and digital-twin results.
  • Publishing updates: content scheduled or successfully published.
  • Errors & interruptions: failed jobs and work that needs your attention to continue.

When you’re done, click Save preferences. The button stays grey until you make a change.

Click Open inbox at the top right to read your notifications.

Step 4: Check Your Workspace Activity

Open the Activity tab. It has two views, Tasks and Activity log. The page opens on Tasks.

Above the list you’ll find:

  • Search tasks and activity: type to find a specific task.
  • Filters: narrows the list.
  • Refresh icon: reloads the list with the latest activity.

The Tasks list is a table with four columns:

  • Task: what happened, with the date and time. For example, “Content update.”
  • Type: where it came from. For example, “Agent request.”
  • Status: whether it finished. For example, Complete.
  • Details: the source, such as chat. Click the arrow at the end of a row to open it.

Why This Matters

Your workspace keeps each brand’s content and settings in one place, and your team keeps the work moving. Set it up once, invite the right people, and everyone works from the same space with the right level of access.
