Before we tour the dashboard, here's a quick reminder of what MarketingBlocks actually is (see our "Read This First" article for the full picture):

MarketingBlocks is an agentic AI platform that combines deep personalized brand intelligence with specialized workflows to create, distribute, and amplify marketing content - for experts, coaches, and

SaaS founders.

Now let's look at where everything lives in your dashboard, and how to access each feature.

Follow this exact walkthrough, top to bottom, left to right - the same order everything appears on your screen the moment you log in.

Step 1: Top Bar

1. MarketingBlocks logo (top-left) - Click anytime to return to your Dashboard.
2. Brand selector (e.g., "Social Campaign") - Dropdown next to the logo. Lets you switch between the different brand workspaces you have set up.
3. Badge icon - Shows achievement badges you've earned (e.g. Empire Builder, VIP Ambassador) for milestones and consistent activity.
4. Question mark (?) icon - Opens Help & Resources, Product Updates, and our Facebook Group.
5. Notification icon - Your notifications (post approvals, system alerts, updates).
6. Profile icon (top-right corner) - Your account: subscription plan, upgrade options, and credit usage/history

Step 2: Dashboard Overview (center of the page).

1. Welcome message - with your name and earned badges.
2. Time filter - (All time / 7 days / 30 days / 12 months) to change the range for the stats below.
3. Four stat cards - Total Posts, Posts Published, New Leads, AI Conversations - each showing the current total and last month's number.
4. Quick Actions panel - four shortcuts: Chat With AI, AI Social Campaigns, Schedule a Post, Brand Settings.
5. Upcoming Posts panel - (right side) shows what's next on your calendar, or "No upcoming posts" if nothing is scheduled. But here you can see the post schedule for various social media Platforms

Step 3: Left-Hand Menu

Below "Quick Access," the features are listed in this exact order:

1. Dashboard - brings you back to the overview described in Step 2.
2. Digital Twin - clone yourself: your image, voice, video/avatar, and writing style, so content sounds and looks like you.
3. Content Workflows - where you generate content: image posts, threads, carousels, B-roll reels, talking reels.
4. Post Automation - set up Campaigns to generate and schedule content automatically, in Copilot (review first) or Autonomous (auto-publish) mode.
5. Calendar - view, organize, and manage scheduled and published posts.
6. Chat with AI (Beta) - chat interface for quick questions, ideas, or ad-hoc content.
7. Content Studio (expandable) - AI Pages, Images, Videos, Audio, Emails, Designs, Books.
8. Automations (expandable) - includes Comment Automation (turns engagement into leads) and Boost Automation (amplifies top-performing posts).
9. AI Labs (Legacy, expandable) - Offers/Products, Memberships, Courses, Contacts, Pipelines, Chatbot Builder.
10. My Brand (expandable) - Brand Kit & Settings, Brand Voice, Consistent Character, KnowledgeBase, Info Tags, Prompt Library, Custom Domains.

Step 4: Onboarding Setup (bottom-left)

The purple chat bubble in the bottom-right corner opens live support chat at any time.
